Diner reviews of Kentucky Fried Chicken
A diner from Surprise, AZ

We went to this KFC @ 6:30pm and were told they were OUT OF CHICKEN! Yes! They only had 6 grilled breasts left. That's what we wanted anyway so we ordered 2, paid & sat to wait. After they called #s after ours we went up & found out they deleted our order & now were ALL OUT! No apologies. Mgr came out, didn't attempt to find out what happend, no apology--just refunded our $ and that was it. SEVERAL customers were shocked & disgusted & walked out! They said if we were there @ 4pm we could have gotten some! NICE!It seemed like a big joke to them & they said they may just close early! Very unprofessional, no customer service, rude and inconsiderate! WILL NOT BE BACK! Go to Church's on Reems instead!

Food is great, service not so much. Had to wait until the food came to get our coffee and the server never came back to check on us until she brought the check.
