This is my third visit. Twice with my husband, once alone at lunch. The service is always excellent. The atmospher on the non-bar side is very laid back, but cheery.

Each time I have had the prime rib medium rare (Julie's Cut). It is always cooked to perfection. This last time I asked them if they could serve it in the cast iron skillet that a few of their other meat items are served on with grilled onions, peppers and mushrooms. It was sooooo delicious it made me want to "smack my brains out!" The french onion fondue is always hot until the last bite and the garlic buttered toast is just chrunchy enough to enjoy without hurting your mouth.

Love it! Love it! Love it!

I was greeted by the freindliest hostess who promptly seated my wife and me. The waitress arrived quickly and helped with the wine selection - a cabernet sauvignon. It complimented the prime rib quite well.
The salad was crisp, and Loreli loved the french onion soup.
I ordered my prime rib medium rare - and it was just right...tender and perfectly seasoned.
We finished with a slice of homemade cheesecake and excellent coffee. The atmosphere was perfect for the nice quiet evening I had hoped for.
The bill arrived, I was braced for the worst, but pleasantly surprised. Not only that, but I got lucky to boot!
