I went to Joe's country oven last Sunday as I have many times before to order breakfast off of their menu. In the descriptions on the menu, two words, "and" and "or" were used to describe selections that came with the different entrees. The waitress and the guy cooking (no one else was there) did not understand that "and" meant "in addition to", and that "or" implied a choice of one or the other. They proceeded to argue that the menu had been printed incorrectly. After I pointed out that the error was included all over their menu, they continued to argue that toast was not included in the entree price -- even though it clearly said "and" before it described a choice of "toast" or "pancakes". I have been a solid customer for years, but I will never return to Joe's again. Get the word out. DON'T GO TO JOE's until he gets rid of the idiots that run the place in absence of the waitresses and other management that understand what's printed on their menu!
