For the past 14 year I have been pit cooking nearly everything and over the same amount of time trying a variety of woods. I LOVE Boston Chicken. The food is fresh, flavorful, and very family friendly. If you dine in they now serve you on real plates, not throw away stuff. It is a great blend of fast food and sit down atmosphere. They have brisket and turkey as well as c
