A diner from New York, NY Aug 9, 2001
This restaurant is one of a small chain in NYC. It is famous for hamburgers. People love them and tell others.

I am not a fan. The burgers are steamed; rather than broiled or grilled (there must be a least a tough of the broiler or grill at the finish).

I find their burgers on the dull side. Give me charcoal-broiled meat, thank you.

I was touched inappropriately by the busboy. When I complained, the "manager" cursed at me and spoke to me equally inappropriately. There are so many choices on the Upper West Side, avoid this one!!!
