This little restaurant is likely one of the best kept secrets in DC. I hardly ever see anyone flowing in or out, but it has a good blend of Indonesian and Thai food for those that enjoy meat or the vegitarian in all of us. It is affordable and the food itself is good. The best part was they did not rush anyone out the door when you were done...I sat and talked for an hour with a friend w/o even having so much as a beer in front of me. Unusual for DC...a great "hole in the wall" in the best sense of the term
We look forward to returning to this quiet gem! Selected for its proximity to the National Zoo, we would return simply to enjoy the food and atmosphere. All this at a reasonable price -- a rare combination in D.C.
