Industria Argentina means "made in Argentina," and indeed everything in our restaurant - the furniture, decor, wines, and the chef - are direct from Argentina. Executive Chef Natalia Machado presents her sophisticated and modern interpretation of Argentinean classics, offering tastes from Patagonia to Salta, with seasonal specials served daily. Our wine list, created by wine director German Calle, is also 100% Argentinean and features emerging regions, high-altitude wineries, and sustainable vintners. In opening Industria Argentina and sister restaurant Azul, owner Stefano Villa wanted to give our guests a complete Argentinean experience. Through Natalia's plump empanadas, Patagonian-style lamb or grass-fed beef from the Pampas grilled on the parilla, Industria Argentina is a little piece of Argentina in Tribeca.
