I'm not a connoisseur, but I think the food is decent, and their lunch all you can eat is only $13. I read bad reviews in the past, but tried it out and thought the sushi was pretty good, the meat was good, and they are pretty friendly. Maybe I'm like Homer Simpson when he was a food critic and loved everything, but maybe those harsh reviews were from tough-to-impress individuals. If you want a high end experience, you're gonna have to pay high end prices. The value for Il Uk Jo is good, in my opinion.

My wife and I used to frequent this restaurant 7 yrs. ago then we were busy trying other establishments.
However we started to return a few years ago and would not think of going to any other restaurants for really good Japanese food.

My friends and I have been frequenting this restaurant for over 5 years now; we go there for one reason only: EXCELLENT EVERYTHING.
