Our experience at this IHOP is not very pleasant. The services is very slow. We waited for more than an hour to have our meal served. When we complained and cancelled our order, we were "forced or compelled to pay as the order has been processed." We were going to call the police as we are BEING FORCED TO PAY A MEAL THAT WE NEVER HAD. We were gonna pay for the coffee, tea and orange juice. We can't wait to leave. Eventually, to avoid further commotions, we paid for part of the meal (as a take out) because we were really starving. After all the discussions, part of the meal was still not ready. The manager said if we can wait further, he will offer the other meal for free. Sorry, we're not interested. We turned it down even if its free. This will be our last IHOP visit.
