If you're looking for fresh quality chinese food served hot, quick and at a very reasonable price, well I've found the place. It's a bit of China Town right in Melrose Park (Winston Plaza) without the hassle of Chicago traffic, paying for parking and wasting gas. The wonderful folks at New Pekin Chop Suey will make you feel very welcome and the food there is AWESOME! Everything from the veggie spring rolls, fried rice, egg foo young to the vegetarian dishes. Their Combination Plates & Specials are great value dishes. There's so much food that you can order a combo dish or special dish and save some for later or share the dish with a good friend that appreciates great chinese food. The New Pekin Chop Suey is a carry-out only restaurant and only accepts cash. They're open on Tues-Sat 11a-8:30p & Sun 12p-7p. They're closed on Monday. Excellent Egg Fu Young!
not so nice when you walk in but the food is good the cashier has like no emtion what so ever they just take your order its kinda wierd
