The food is excelent, not the cheapest restaurant around but...The service is great, when you go to Ihop at 4th street ask for Luis, he is the perfect server... My suggestion, try the Chicken Crepes.

I have been at Celias for many, many years and would have to say that it will be hard to find a better mexican food restaurant in all of Imperial Valley.

Its an alright place to eat, but with so many other Mexican food places to eat, I would go else where. The service isn't that great when you go on a busy day and time. If you go on an off day either early or late you'll get your food really fast.
