Its an alright place to eat, but with so many other Mexican food places to eat, I would go else where. The service isn't that great when you go on a busy day and time. If you go on an off day either early or late you'll get your food really fast.

I have been at Celias for many, many years and would have to say that it will be hard to find a better mexican food restaurant in all of Imperial Valley.

I have been at Celias for many, many years and would have to say that it will be hard to find a better mexican food restaurant in all of Imperial Valley.

Flavorful but greasy food. Poor service. rude managmenet that became vulgar when poor service was pointed out. Many other better mexican restaurants in El Centro - go there but avoid this resaurant.
