Fantastic hot pizza sandwiches from the originator of french bread pizza since 1960. Not open every night but Hot Truck is unique to Ithaca and not to be missed. As written up in Gourmet magazine, the extensive pizza sub menu has a language all its own starting with Poor Man's Pizza (PMP) and unlimited combinations of meats and other toppings, many with crazy names. Well worth the wait outside. Truck window service only. Search on Facebook for more Hot Truck details and the history of this amazing institution that's over 50 years old. Menu available 24/7 downtown at ShortStop deli, now the Hot Truck owners, as well.
