Found a long, curly, black hair in the chop suey of the smorg. Bad Service. Waitress walked over pulled out the hair, put it on the ground and walked away. Managers were extremely rude. They were yelling at us because we weren't going to pay for food that we didn't eat and were too disgusted to eat. They were yelling things like don't come back ever again and why would we after that? They also threw the change at my dad and the counter then walked away.

The other reviews here must be fake! This is one of the worst values for dinning I have ever experienced. $16.50 for 2 tiny pieces of chicken (1 leg & 1 wing) & 5 small ribs with 2 little scoops of mashed potatoes & a fe

The best family restaurant in Nanaimo hands down. Very friendly and experienced servers. Managers are dedicated to giving a great experience. Try it you will not be disapointed. Steaks and ribs are the best around.

What a lovely diner! I crave the meatloaf sandwich weekly! The couple that works there are sooo sweet, and you'll always leave with a smile on your face and a full tummy. Thanks alot guys :D
