Hong Kong Chef is a Chinese restaurant that was first established in 2002. The chef at the restaurant has had over 40 years of experience in cooking Mandarin, Cantonese, Szechwan, Hunan and Hong Kong cuisines. In the 1990s, he was the executive chef for the House of Hunan, which was voted one of the top ten restaurants in Chicago. He is very well known by the Chinese Prime Minister, Japanese and Korean embassy. The whole restaurant has recently redesigned to represent the culture of the Chinese people.
