They push you buy bigger orders and don't give any time to decide what you actually want. If you take your time looking on the menu, the management gets mad and starts speaking something in chinese which is quite unpleasant to listen and makes you feel guilty for taking time. I've seen the manager yelling at young kids serving food in front of customers. I believe it is unprofessional. Very low quality of service!!! it's 21st century and they still don't accept credit/debit cards. If you don't have cash or checks in your pocket Honey Teriyaki Express is not the best place to go. They make you use an ATM machine outside the building to get cash. You lose $2 every time you use that ATM. If you decide to place an order for delivery, be ready to call them back after the food is delivered, because they would definitely forget something and will have to re-deliver again. Sometimes it takes them an hour to deliver the food simply because they are short on drivers. Steam table food sucks unless it was cooked couple of minutes ago. I strongly recommend not to buy food from steam table after 8pm. They sell leftovers (especially General and Sesame Chicken) and still charge you the full amount.

I just love Nara. They have Dollar Sushi on Mondays and Thrusdays and 1/2 price BBQ on Tuesdays. I love their service and I think I get a really good deal when I go there on their special days. Otherwise it is a great place to take out of town guests
