Gol! The Taste of Brazil

GOL was great when it opened, but many fatal mistakes have been made. They had it right when they started but have been chasing their tails to the bottom. First they modified the dishes in response to those who did not know Brazilian food. Then they began to lower the quality of the ingredients. Result, fewer customers and the need to cut costs more. The cheese bread, a Brazilian restaurant staple, is now horrible.The staff is no longer enthusiastic (who could be with what they are serving)and the original customers who loved the food are now gone. They gave up their soul to save $$. I don't expect this place to make it. So sad as it was great when it opened!
