Tracy Restaurant Guide

I have been eating at amores since it has been opened. On december 31st I went to order some food to go. When I parked in front of amores and got of my car the manager came out and told me I could not park there. He said it was for amores parking only. So when I went into amores I asked him why did he say this to me. He said something about having the mexicans parking there from across the street. I guess how I looked he assumed I was going to the mexican store. Well no more amores for me and others who agree. Well being born and raised in Tracy I have to get use to some of these idiots.

We have always had excellent service at Amores. Great service and have been going there for many years.. we even celebrate our annual x-mas eve dinner there. Always good food, and the people are warm and friendly. We always leave with a full belly and the price is reasonable. Best place for steak and pasta.

Do not eat at this place. My twenty first wedding aniversary was completly ruined. I took my wife and a couple that are close friends of ours as well as my youngest son. We were seated fairly promptly and then started waiting for someone to show up to order drinks and appetizers. The one appetizer that I ordered never showed up. When the meal came my Salmon was not with the rest of the order. No problem I thought. Five, ten, fifteen, and then twenty minutes passed and still no food. Needless to say everybody was about done when she finally showed up and asked if everything was ok. Well guess what it wasn't. She said she would go check on the order. Ten minutes later still no response so I went and cancelled the order. I guess you need to learn how to speak english if your going to work in the USA. I am a very patient individual, however this was way beyond my patience level. My wife ordered two desserts to take with us even after my objection. Well guess what, only one showed up. DO NOT EAT OR PATRONISE THE ESTABLISHMENT, YOU WILL BE SORRILY DISAPPOINTED. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!!!!
