went for Friday(11-6-09)lunch & had the fish with rice & black beans. all was great for $10. is very small with-best i can tell-2 people running the place. NOTE: garces no longer exists. the place at 3809 Williams is Rincon Hispano Restaurant. has traditional Cuban & Colombian foods. only the Paella for 2 at $50 is more than $13. i expect that if they get a full house(10 tables) food could take some time. just relax and have a drink and/or some chips & spicy salsa. ph#[phone removed]
