Excellent authentic Southern country cooking. A wide range of dishes, the name is misleading. I think vegetables are their specialties. My favorite restaurant in the whole world.
My favorite restaurant in the world. (My number two choice would be Kim Fong Chinese restaurant in Hyderabad, India, and my third favorite is Pataka Pakistani restaurant in Edinburgh, Scotland) The Fried Chicken Factory is genuine Southern traditional cooking, their vegetables are what sets this restaurant above all others. Okra, yellow squash, sweet potatoes, black eyed peas, cornbread, all cooked to perfection. Pork chops are perhaps their best meat, though the chicken is very good, as is their beef pot roast.
