This is in response to our dinner on Sat. Aug., 1st. We ordered the Caboose Prime Rib dinner. Needless to say it was by far the worst and toughest meat we have eaten in a restaurant setting. We were told by the waitress that Jay said, that the meat was going to be tough. Then tell us how can you possibly serve this to your loyal customers? The few tables around us were also talking about how tough the meat was. I mean this is your feature on Saturday night? We just wonder how you can serve this in good conscience. Also, having a bar tender that doesn't know how to make a drink is certainly a draw back. We have been customers for two years and we are sorely disappointed.

My husband & I ate here and we both got sick. 2nd time was tonight 6-28-2013. I decided to order poor man's lobster, there was absolutely no flavor to it. My husband had a 6 piece of fried cod that tasted like pure oil. The tartar sauce was gross ...

Best restaurant in Fond du Lac, no doubt; in fact, it may be the only really good restaurant in town. Creative, quality foods on a par with 'big city' places - Ted, the owner/chef is highly talented.

My wife and I eat here about once a week. The bartenders and servers are friendly and efficient. The food is always good and the portions plentiful. They do need to expand the beer and wine selection though.

The service is awful. I would not suggest eating at Parrot Palms and will never go back.

If you have not tried Joes - you need to. Being born and raised in Fond du Lac I know all the pizza places around and nothing compares to Joes. I live out of town now and make the trip in just to eat there. They are the best!
