Past visits were great with good food. However; the most recent visit resulted in a long wait to order (with no line in front of us), repeating the order 3 times (for 2 sandwiches), needing to re-order one of the sandwiches when it wasn't made, witnessing people before us (already seated upon our arrival) needing to re-order twice before getting food. Biggest issue: when we ordered one spatula was on the skillet, a second on the floor; when we had to go up to re-order our second sandwich, one spatula was on the skillet, the second in the chef's hand. Disgusting.
