The absolute BEST Southern Italian Restaurant, PERIOD! No matter what you choose from their menu, you will not be disappointed.
Ate at Cotardo's for the first time last weekend and was very impressed! You get so much food and it is delicious! Soup, salad, and garlic bread come ...
where are you Giuseppe's pizza? If anyone knows where Giuseppe's recipe went please tell me.
Newly redecorated Cotardos's is now a treat for the eyes and mouth! All of the food is delicious! We could dine there every night and always find some...
I have never been upset with my meal. It has always been wonderful and I have been going there for over 15 years.

We celebrated our Wedding Anniversary on April 6th at Filomena's. Our experience there was superb from start to finish with excellent appetizers right through dessert. Our wait staff, especially our waitress Z, was very gracious, accommodating and very friendly. Everything about our special evening... delicious food, friendliness, and ambience was terrific. We plan to become frequent patrons at Filomena's Cucina Restaurant. It was a wonderful way to spend our 44th Wedding Aniversary.

I was a guest at your dinner show this evening. I was very disappointed in that the show was billed as a night with Andre Bocelli. so we expected that the singer would be singing the songs that Bocelli is known for. There was only one song of his done tonight. The singer was very talented, but I think this was false advertising

Sorry, but you know you're not Italian when you say "tomato gravy."

Don't get me wrong, it wasn't a horrible restaurant. The food was pretty good, especially the desserts. The problem was the hostess that mummbled something, walked away.. then made us sit in the bar area for some reason (that I probably would have understood if she didn't walk away while talking to me). Service was few and far between. Would have been nice if the place noted that sodas are not free refill, for the price im paying they want to scalp me for sugar water? a meal w/ no appetizer for me and my wife came to $60 plus tip.. could have went to olive garden twice. Hence the problem. If they cut their prices in half, value for the food you get would be fair and it would be worth going again.

I agree - go to the Tuscan Tavern instead. Much better food and much better tomato gravy (sauce).

Just celebrated my inlaw's 50th aniversary in the blackwood location. It was a large group and the menu was set. After living several years in Italy I was wary. No need! It was wonderful! Pasta perfectly aldente;stuffed flounder and chicken franchese devine and the service was not only excellent but the staff had great personality. Can't wait to dine there again!

I ate at the Filomena's in Deptford. I was disgusted by how rude the people are. My biggest mistake was showing up without a reservation. The hostess looked disgusted that I dare enter her restaurant without thinking to call ahead. She was unbelievably disrespectful. After eating the food at the restaurant I'm really not so sure why she has such an inferiority complex. It's really nothing to write home about. I had chicken and lobster tail; the chicken was very bland and the lobster wasn't too outstanding. I would much rather drive into Philly for a nice meal next time. Most restaurants in the city have a friendly waitstaff and food that is much more inventive for the price.

Go to the Tuscan Tavern instead. For the same price you get a better value, better salad, warmed rolls and oil dip. The food is much better and you have a far better ambience than in Filomena's. The salad? Iceberg lettuce and a grape tomato? AT TT, romaine lettuce, olives, tomatoes, white beans, carrots, red cabbage and a house dressing of honey balsamic vinagrette. AT TT the bread is warmed and you get a herbed, pepper corn oil dip with it. AT F, the bread looked like a half an Italian loaf from a corner supermarket with little plastic butters you get from a super mega warehouse outlet. I had Lasagna. It was OK but the Lasagna at Olive Garden is better for HALF the price. My wife liked her portion but what she had Sausage & Shells at TT and liked it much, much better. SO for the same price, go to Tuscan Tavern. It's better
