Sad but true... This is a neighborhood restaurant of ours. We stopped by last night on a walk. We put in an order, paid cash and asked for it to be delivered. They said 45 minutes. After an hour, we called. Excuse #1: The pizza just came out and will be there soon. I assumed they were just busy. Another 25 minutes later, my husband got Excuse #2: There was a pizza mix up, and we'll be there shortly. Another 25 minutes later, and the driver called, apologized, Excuse #3: because he was lost, and also told us he got into an accident. The driver left, we opened the food and the Chicken souvlaki we had ordered our son was a lamb Gyro, and the pizza was cold. We called AGAIN... not because we wanted to wait another hour for them to come back, but to just let them know, and they said we will get a "Credit" next time. Unfortunately, we will not have a next time and will let everyone know how terrible this experience was. In addition, like usual, the food was barely adequate. Why didn't they just call us to let us know of the delay???
