Dunn Restaurant Guide

Sorry Ernie's but I've to write this review my wife and went to Ernie's two weeks ago. and I'm sad to have to report back that on that Wednesday, night the food was bad one the food was not warm or hot the fish was bad not fried enough. I've been going to Ernie's for many years and this time I've to give it a bad review. not sure if I will go again to see if things are the same or will get back to the level I've come to know Ernie's

I love Ernie's Bufffet. The best country food in North Carolina. Come down to Ernie's Buffet. Best food ever!!!

The very best country food I have found in any
resturant and largest variety. The best Iced Tea too. Service is always great. I always stop there for this treat anytime I am through Dunn in my travels from Brandon, Florida and often stay at the Comfort Inn, in a very safe location. Very reasonable prices, a bargain.

I love this place, the food is so good. The food is very southern, they have some of best baberque you've every had.

Ernie's Buffet is a great "country style" place to eat. You are greeted with a smile. The food is delicious! It's always hot and fresh. The waitresses are friendly and prompt. If you are left a moment waiting for something, it's only because they are so busy trying to make sure everyone is taken care of. My family and I go back to eat again and again.

Food is fine and so is the resturant itself. The only problem I have had (all 3 times I've been)is that they only had about 6 people just before lunch, including myself, yet I sat there for over 40 minutes without the waitress checking to refill my glass of tea. I took it as long as I could and finally went to the waitress station and filled my own. This has happened EVERY time I've been. Other than that, it's great, just don't expect much service from the waitress.

Great place with a large variety of southern food. Shrimp, bbq pork, stew beef, fried chicken, and many more meats plus tons of vegetables give you all you could possibly want. Eat until you're miserable and it's easy to do with the large variety of foods. Good place to eat.
