A diner from White Plains
Jan 1, 2008
We recently went to Ernesto's for the New Year. I called to make reservations and was told that they did not offer a special menu for the New Year. When my husband and I got there, the waitress took us to a small dinning area next to a bar/drink section of the restaurant. They had a special menu for the New Year, not the regular rstaurant menu. The Ernesto's salad was very good , the shrimp stuffed with crabmeat was also good but gave me indigestion and the pasta dish was nothing special. When the bill was presented to us they overcharged us an extra $12.00 and when my wife asked for the bathroom she was sent to the Pizza side of the restaurant to a public bathroom.

I have place many orders from here and everytime, the food was great. Mario's pizza is A+, cooked with the right amount of cheese and sauce, with the crust just right.

An awful dining experience, the service was terrible and the food was just ok. They rushed you throughout the meal, brought the next course immediately after the appetizers and just shoved it on the table.
