My experience at Elvie's Turo Turo restaurant was very dissappointing. The dishes were very greasy and salty. Although they advertise as having lunch special, the amount of foods included in this special was minimal. As a result, My lunch date and I had to share a side order of Adobo (pork stew), which was again soaked in liquid grease which they call "gravy".
Since most customers order the lunch menu combinations, they don't know exactly how much to charge or give a customer for a side order of something. We were over charged. For these reasons, I would not recommend this restaurant to my friends.
