Very good soups, sandwiches, dinners, desserts. Large range of prices depending on whether you choose a simple sandwich plate verses an entire dinner, but prices are reasonable across the board. Dining room is small (8-10 tables) but comfortable - dark panelling, candles on tables. Huge downfall: you have to walk through bar area to get from front door to dining room or from dining room to bathroom. We suffer through that (we kind of hold our breath and run) because the food/prices are good enough to be worth it.

This is a must-visit. A little old confectionary store with cute candy items with a soda fountain type little restaurant in the back. Chocked full of historical furnishings and a written history of Beernstens as well. They serve soups & sandwiches,

For an excellent sandwich (steak my favorite) laden
with onions on a large bun: The best ranch fries ever in large portions.
If you like fried foods & a bit of grease: this place has food made in heaven!
