El Portrero is one of my husband and my favorite restaurants. It's a quaint neighborhood restaurant that constantly serves great food. They have a chip and salsa bar you can help yourself to, and I swear by their cream cheese chicken enchiladas. It's our favorite place to go when we want great food without having to get too fancy or be out all night.
