Brooklyn is known for having great kosher restaurants, but there were no authentic Argentinean steakhouses like El Gaucho Glatt. Shumel David with vast knowledge in restaurant management, wanted to offer the kosher community the exciting experience of eating authentic Argentinean steak. He exerted every effort to offer quality in each aspect of the dining experience: food, dÃ©cor, and service.
