A dining experience at the Eclectic Grille i s one not to be missed. The restaurant is a wonderful blend between casual elegance and fine dining.
The food is divine. The menu is full of fabulous surprises with food combinations that are as delicious as they are unique. The chef will meet any custom requests, if you can't find anything to suit your fancy on the menu. The fried suid with creme fraiche is sublime. The squid melt on your tongue. The yellow fin tuna with pistachio is a lovely blend of flavors.
The dessert menu offers many homemade choices from cheesecake with strawberries flambe to chocolate truffle cake.
The Eclectic Grille offers a full wine list and the bar is full of knowledgable and creative bartenders who can mix magical drinks called Vacations or can give you a dry Martini.
The waitstaff are neat and well-kempt. They are knowledgable of the menu and the ingredients in all of the foods. The waitstaff are courteous and friendly. After your first visit they remember your, your preferences and where you like to sit.
I have yet to see a child in the Eclectic Grille, which lends to the elegance of the restaurant.
