This restraunt is under new management and the food is really good. They serve breakfast and lunch from 5:30am to 2:30pm and the food is awesome. High quality all around from the food, to the service, and very reasonable prices. I can't wait to take my family back to the East Rowan Cafe! See ya there soon....

Hands down some of the best home cooked food I've had since the last time i sat at my grandmother's table. The service was excellent and the owners and staff were very welcoming. A relaxed atmosphere rounded out the wonderful dining experience.
