Nice new restaurant but horrible service, after we were seated the wait staff never came. We waited 10 minutes, watched other customers come in after us and get served. Several of the wait staff walked by and we could not get their attention short of yelling or getting up and physically grabbing someone. When I first moved to this area, I asked a friend of mine where a good place was to eat in Muscatine, and was told, "Iowa City". Sadly enough, his statement is still accurate.
