a diner from west seneca NY
sat down with my boss for lunch...saw a big sign that said SPECIAL TODAY Spaghetti and meatballs 7.99. we both ordered. When the check came, I was charged 9.99 for each dish. When I questioned this and pointed to the sign, I was told... "Thats an old sign" When I suggested that they should take it down... I was told... "We dont have time to take down signs". By the way... The sign was held up by 2 Thumbtacks. Not a friendly place in my opinion...I still am shaking my head over the response I got from the owner. What a rip off artist.
