In 1920, the sale of alcohol was prohibited in the United States. The prohibition hit hard for many beer-loving Americans. This was a minor setback to those who still had a passion for good beer. Breweria pays homage to those rebel Americans who continued to brew regardless of government restriction. It pays homage to those home brewers who, after prohibition, continue to brew their favorite ale in the garage or backyard.

While we do have an assortment of our own brews and root beers on tap, we believe it is only fair to offer guest taps to other talented brew masters. Our brewery gives home brewers the chance to have their personal recipe brewed on our system. Instead of sharing your famous recipe in the basement or garage, we encourage you to compete for our guest taps!

We feel pizza and beer have always been meant for each other. Our delicious pizza dough is mixed with the very grains used in our brewing process. By using the spent grains in our dough, we believe we have provided the perfect marriage of pizza and beer.
