Brunch on Sundays is a joke! They squeeze you in so tight. NOT enjoyable! So many employees just standing around...girls at the desk to seat you are snobby! Will never go there again...especially with family!

Our holiday meal for seven began with a nice warm roll with a blonde hair baked in it. We notified the server and that was the last we heard. No manger visit, no "have a drink on us" , nothing. Just a $270 bill suggesting a 20% tip. Management and ownership did not respond to my e mail informing them of the incident. I don't expect that all my dining be perfect, but when it is not, the establishment should take measures to make me want to return. They did not, and I will not.
Save your money. There is a lot better food around for a lot less money, from places that know what customer service means.
I have been going there for years because of out of town family requests to visit while decorated.
Not again.

I must be the weird one.. I read the rewiews and couldn't belive the responses..
We took my son and his boys there for dinner, and it was above and beyond what I expected.. The boys enjoyed looking around outside while we were waiting to be served. My steak was wondewrful.. We also went there on a Saturday night for the surf n turf, and was very pleased.. I really enjoy going there.
Their fishfry is cheaper than the little restaurant near by on long Pond road. I would rather go to Cresent Beach and enjoy the view than sit in a corner and listen to everyone talking and kids complaining..

Not even 1 star does this place deserve. We held my mother's 80th birthday there yesterday. The place was filthy dirty both inside and out. The food was disgusting beyond belief and almost unedible....the bisque (if that is what it is called) was devoid of any seafood whatsoever, the broccoli was much, the pasta stuck toegther like it was days old, the chicken all pasty and gooey. The fruit didn't look healthy and the cheescake (unrefridgerated) was left out for hours on end in the heat! I remember how beautiful this place was years ago and it is sad to think what it has become. We have spent many a hundreds of dollars there throughout the years, but this restaurant has now seen my last dollar! IT is a miracle that they haven't been reported to the board of health! Had Xmas dinner at Crescent Beach Restaurant...the atmosphere was lovely.....but there were no prices on the menu.....way overpriced!!!!!....and the males at our table had a wonderful view of the hostess with her b**bs hanging out......they got us once....but not twice

Every time I go to this location they get my order wrong and the chicken is over breaded and not fresh i go here because it is closest to me but the Henrietta location is best

I ordered a dinner for $15 to go. It was the worst. Chitterlings were watered down no flavor and I must have gotten the bottom of the pan because it was scorched. Mac n cheese was cold and cabbage was watery. I am so

Portico has the best Italian food in Rochester hands down. DR is kind of small but with the tables so close together it ads to the atmosphere. Everything is terrific here because it is run by actual people who care about

Best Latino Food in Rochester. The service reminds me off Costa Rica or Dominican Republic, not fast but very happy people. Will come back again and again and again. Loved the beef and rice with garlic sauce.

Sadly the bosdyks sold the business to the now drug store that sits in its place..the store WALGREENS made an offer to the owners over 1million and they couldnt resist.its too bad because not only did i work there at one
