Ave. I store is horrible. Had bugs (knats) fly in my food, the worst customer service EVER. Manager said Every restaurant has bugs I didn t eat & the manager WOULD NOT TAKE IT OFF MY BILL!!! I was a loyal 15 year customer until this morning. Filing a complaint with the Health Department. In awe of the response from this manager.

My family has been eating at Crazy Otto's since it was located on Sierra Highway next to the train tracks. We love it. We lived through the little "hiccups" with staff and the franchising out of the Avenue I restaurant and the "dinner" service at the Palmdale restaurant. We have recently discovered the Glendale Arizona restaurant and like it. They need to offer 1/2 order on the Hobo breakfast like the California restuarants and the gravy for the biscuits tastes a bit like the paste my Grandmother use to make for me as a child. But, they have one of my favorite waiters from Lancaster CA, so I'll go back. When in California, my favorite Crazy Otto's has become the Acton restaurant because they seemed to have lived through the "hiccups" with no taint on them, and the food is super and the wait staff is wonderful. Would like to see a rating for the New York restaurant. Any one out there????

I have been eating at Otto's for over 25 years and nothing has changed. They make the chilli, gravey, omletts and everything just as Otto did in the 70's. It's the eat and get the heck out attitude that I like the most. They love our grandkids and serve us up pretty good. The bisquits and gravy are the best my wife and I have ever ate. I bring family and friends to Otto's when they visit and can't wait to go back on there next visits. Keep up the good work.

Food is ok however if you have a problem with it they take your food back change what you did not like about it and give you back the same way in our case they did not fix it. when we questioned it again the rude head waitress came over and basicly said oh well not my problem We used to eat there all the time but due to the service and the owners attitude of we don't need you I have not and will not go back.
