Crave is owned and operated by Jessica & Joshua Grogan. This talented couple has been in the restaurant for a combined 25 years and have found a home in their newest restaurant Crave. Jessica & Josh's idea for Crave was a little take on their favorite way to dine, lots of appetizers to share. It's so hard to pick just one entree when so many look good so they decided to open a tapas restaurant where people could come in a try lots of small plates and share and drink and taste and have a great time together. The idea seems to have taken off as Crave is quickly becoming the most popular restaurant in Boone.

Boone's only tapas restaurant, Crave takes the traditional tapas approach to dining and applies it to a world of different flavors. From Spanish, Asian, Low Country, Cajun and more, Crave offers over 80 tapas items under $10. Crave also features entrees from $15-$20 so you can eat big without spending big. Accompanied by a menu of handcrafted world-inspired martinis and one of the best wine menus in the high country, Crave is perfect for any occasion.
