What can be said about bad barbecue? The meat was so-soin flavor and a bit tougher than acceptable, the sauce was poor, the potato salad was bulk/cheap store bought flavor. The Dr. Pepper was brixed well and tasted great. I ended tossing the food and driving to Granbury where I ate a hamburger. No second chance for this food. The people were very nice, and the restaurant was clean and pleasant. I really wish the BBQ were 1/2 as good.
