I have purchased pizzas weekly from this location for more than two years. I don't know if it changed hands or if the owner just decided to show up recently. Anyway, I recently ordered a pizza and was told it would be delivered in 35-45 minutes. More than an hour later I called to see where my pizza was. The girl on the phone told me it was on the way and would be there momentarily. I let her know that I was very unhappy, as I was a regular customer and had people waiting for their food. 20 minutes later it arrived. The man who answered the phone (very thick accent) was the same man who delivered my pizza. Not only was my pizza cold, he forgot my drink order. I called back to speak with a manager who was very understanding and sent out a drink with another driver. What ticks me off the most was that the driver who brought out my pizza, late and cold, and failed to bring my drink, spent more time coming up with excuses than apologizing and trying to make it right. Who should I complain to? The owner? Oh, it was the OWNER who delivered the pizza. I'll never go back and give that man my hard-earned money. I feel bad for the guys that have worked so hard for the time that I was getting my pizzas there because I'd always tip generously.
