I HAD THE MOST WONDERFUL DINING EXPERIENCE AT COLONIAL QUY BAU. I HAD A PARTY OF 6 ON A SATURDAY. WE WAS RUNNING LATE. FINALLY WE ARRIVED ABOUT 10 LATE FOR OUR RESERVATION. WE WAS GREETED BY A BEAUTIFUL HOSTESS.MY PARTY WAS SEATED. AS WE WAS LOOKING AT THE MENU.THE SERVER GUIDED US WITH THE SPECIALS OF THE EVENING.THE SERVER RECOMMENDED THE QUY BAU GOLDEN BAGS, BEEF CARPACCIO,ESCARGOT AND THE STUFFED PORTABELLO MUSHROOM WITH CRAB AND SHRIMP. WE ORDER ALL OF HIS RECOMMENDATION. OMG IT WAS AMAZING. PRESENTATION CLEAN AND APPERTIZING. THE ENTREES WE ORDER WAS THE SALMON FISH OF THE EVENING, WILD BOAR, CRISPY DUCK, SHRIMP-SCALLOP AND BEEF,CRABCAKES,SEAFOOD SPECIAL AND CRABMEAT FRIED RICE TO SHARE. EVERY THING CAME OUT ON TIME. ITS WAS FRESH, HOT AND EXTREMELY 5 STARS TASTING. WE TOP THE NIGHTOFF WITH THE SIGNATURE DESSERT CREME BRULEE. THIS IS WHAT THIS TOWN NEED. AN AFFORDABLE RESTUARANT WITH 5 STAR SERVICE AND FOOD.
