Zephyrhills Restaurant Guide

I have dined at the Clock in Zephyrhills many times and always leave there feeling full and satisfied. The food is a great value and the service is quick and friendly. Great Manager and great staff. Over the summer they had a few different parties that got the whole town involved and it was lots of fun. I love this restaurant and will be back.

Wow can you destroy a restaurant anymore? This diner was great when manager Al was there what ever happened to him? Now rats and a leaky roof and drugs being sold. The Female manager never does anything except sit and drink coffee! We now go to village inn. Eat here get sick

My husband and I go to this Restaurant for breakfast alot. They have changed managers so many times we have lost track. The one they have now is useless. She never comes out of her office and when she does she makes sure she is busy when shes sees there is something to do. At least the last manager mingled with the customers and made sure everything was clean on the floor and light bulbs were changed. He a great pesonality. We will still go back because we love the waitress. Whoever put this women in charge needs their head examined.

My family and I came into the Clock as we always do on Christmas Eve. This year 2008 our server was Tracy(man what a bad attitude and rude). It is always a pleasent experience to feel like your are welcomed to a place where you are a paying customer. We asked to add two extra side dishes after we received out food you would have thought we were giving her walking papers. No refills even with empty cups x's 4 adults. Sorry not impressed Tracy therefore your tip was based on your service ZERO. When checking out the manager asked how everything was and was told fair and did not follow up with any concern. I suppose the staff are just following the lead.

Wow what to say, We have been through so many managers at this restaurant. I went in for late lunch with my husband and asked for manager Al (great guy) the waitress told me the company fired him! Wow!!!! we ate and will never go back.
how could you fire a great manager who was very friendly and cleaned the restaurant up? we are very dissapointed at the owners of this clock. bad decision and we will let everyone know in our rv park!

CLOCKS RESTAURANT IN ZEPHYRHILLS, DEPENDING ON THE WAITRESS, CAN BE A NICE EXPERIENCE. DEC. 16, 2007 EIGHT PEOPLE IN OUR PARTY HAD A "WAITRESS" WITH A POOR ATTITUDE. BREAKFAST WAS A HASSLE INSTEAD OF A PLEASURE. BEING A VEGETARIAN, I DECLINED THE SAUSAGE AND BACON, I ASKED IF I COULD HAVE HASH BROWNS INSTEAD (WHICH I WAS GIVEN FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS WITH 2 OTHER WAITRESSES) THIS WAITRESS SNAPPED "NO SUBSTITUTIONS" WHEN I TOLD HER I WAS ALLOWED THE SWITCH IN THE PAST, SHE NAMED A WAITRESS AND SAID "SHE IS ALWAYS SCREWING THINGS UP" FUNNY THING WAS THE MANAGER WHO WAS MAKING ROUNDS VISITING GUESTS LAST WEEK CAME TO OUR TABLE TO CHAT AND SAID WE COULD CERTAINLY SUBSTITUTE WITHOUT A PROBLEM. ANOTHER PERSON IN OUR PARTY ASKED FOR A BAGEL INSTEAD OF THE 2 PANCAKES, "NO", ANOTHER ORDERED A BAGEL AND IT CAME WITH GOBS OF BUTTER, THE CUSTOMER SAID TO THE WAITRESS "I WISH I GOT THE BAGEL WITHOUT BUTTER" THE WAITRESS SNAPPED, "WELL NEXT TIME ORDER IT DRY!" She could have said, sorry, remind us next time or order it dry" AFTER TODAYS EPISODE, WITH Melody, our waitress, WE DECIDED NOT TO RETURN TO CLOCKS. A note to the manager: the wait staff can make or break a restaurant, please remind the wait staff that they may not agree with a customer, but should phrase their reply in a kind manner, not only to receive a good tip, but to encourage customers to return to the restaurant which relys on US to stay in business.

What a change, This place has had a complete turnaround since our last visit. We come down from Michigan every year and this restaurant is now our favorite in Zephyrhills! Great service,food & very clean. The person who bought this restaurant made big changes starting with the manager. WE WILL BE BACK & TELL EVERYONE IN OUR RV PARK!

No tomatoes in wife's club sandwich....did not tell us they were out of tomatoes.....charged the same....toast for me that were 1/2 toasted....had to ask twice for butter....had to chase down waitress for coffee refill....we have been there twice.....1st and last time

Found the food to be wholesome, generous servings, reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and outgoing and service very good.
