I am a trucker and stop in many restaurants through out the US on my long hauls. I love stopping at the Clinton Diner because I feel like I am at home and I really like their food. The waitresses are great. They remember my name and know exactly what I like to eat and how I like it cooked. That makes me feel great. There are not many mom and pop diners left and it makes this place even more special.

I am a trucker and stop in many restaurants through out the US on my long hauls. I love stopping at the Clinton Diner because I feel like I am at home and I really like their food. The waitresses are great. They remember my name and know exactly what I like to eat and how I like it cooked. That makes me feel great. There are not many mom and pop diners left and it makes this place even more special.

It is great to be able to sit at the same table where Robert Deniro and Ray Liotta ate in the movie GoodFellas. The Diner has warmth, character and coziness that is lost in other new or renovated “Diner-Restaurants” which feel cold and flashy. They make the best burgers. My favorites are grilled chicken on a salad and their omelets.

I live in Maspeth and yes I agree about the diner being a landmark but, I also agree that the diner is nothing than a greasy pit and could use a serious overhaul!!

Clinton Diner has the best burgers and the best breakfast. This is the Diner
from the movie GoodFellas, Brooklyn Rules, Beatiful Ohio, Third Watch and Law
and Order. They have filmed over 17 different movies, commercials and TV shows
here. The place is great and is a landmark that everyone should come and see in
person.
