Worst place in the area. I'll never step foot in City Pub again. Service is awful. It took 45 min to get our meal and the place was empty so I'm not sure what the holdup was. Then the waitress stole 85 cents from two of our bills, in effect tipping herself with our change. We also spoke with a woman who indicated that she was the owner. She was rude and unapologetic. I would advise choosing one of the many other options in that area before going into City Pub.

My girlfriends and I decided to go out to dinner last night and selected this location because it was a nice half way point for all of us. This was my first time at City Pub and I am extremely unhappy with the experience. We should have known when my friend got her first drink and noticed that the glass was filthy. At the end of our dinner the bill was divided equally among us 3 ways. My friend and I paid with debit cards and our other friend paid with cash. Shortly after giving our horribly rude waitress our debit cards she came back and informs us, in a condescending way, that both of our cards are declined. Knowing that I have more than enough funds to cover my bill of $13.15, as does my friend, we ask where and ATM is. We go to the ATM, my friend is able to get her money out but I am unable to do so. I come back to the table and tell the waitress the problem and she says "it's declined, I don't know what to tell you". Now I understand that people probably pull this kind of thing a lot but knowing that I was not doing that and considering the customer is always right, I was extremely angry. My other friend, that was smart enough to pay with cash, covered my bill for me. Upon arriving home I get a phone call my other friend that paid with her debit card, she informs that City Pub had debited her account 6 times!!! In a panic I check my account, debited 3 times from the waitress and 1 time at the ATM (for money that I did not get)! Considering both of us were having problems we know that it was not our cards that were the problem it was City Pub's problem. My dinner, that should have cost $13.15, ended up costing me $62.45. Over all City Pub is an awful place to go. Food is decent but the service and management is awful. I would advise anyone to stay away from that place. If I could give it zero stars I would!
