I went to a cici pizza shop in Roeland Park,Ks. The food was okay, but the problem I have is why the people making the pizza, salads, etc are not required to wear gloves, per the manager. He said they didn't have to wear gloves because they follow sanitary procedures. I used to work in a restaurant and all were required to wear gloves if they handled any kind of food. I told the manager I wouldn't come back or go to any other cici pizza because of these practices. I am considering contacting the better business bureau to notify them of this practice. This is a health risk, also no hairnets were wore.

I am originally from Dallas Texas and I now live in a town where a CiCi's Pizza is very much needed. I have had nothing but wonderful service and great Pizza from CiCi's. I wish CiCi's would take a look at this town and put one here. It would be a wonderful place for a Franchisee to take a chance. We have Pizza Hut...but the In-Dining I find to be always dirty. I live on the edge of town and can not get Dominoes to deliver at my home. If we had a CiCi's I would drive to it at least three times a week. It's also gret for families....which our town has plenty. Please check us out and see for yourself that we need CiCi's real bad.

This place has the only pizza I'll touch without making a trip back to NY. It's not cheap but it's the best pizza you'll taste in the South.

I worked at this restaurant for almost two years and I NEVER got tired of the food. I have since moved away but every time I'm in town I have to eat there at least once. The owner, Omar, is a wonderful man and a great chef. The menu is extensive and ...

I think that cici's pizza in sandusky ohio has the worst service ever the manager D.J. was the rudest person there I dont think that he should be treating customers the way he does and he never has pizzas on the buffet when hes supposed to. Also the buffet is always dirty because of him!!!!

We like the place, but last night while eating there we had a bad experience. We ordered a special pizza, when it got out of the oven they took some slices and brought it to our table, I picked up a slice and took a bite, well the cheese slided of the pizza on to my face causing a second degree burn on my chin, the skin peeled off when i tried to take the burning cheese of my face. Well we taslked to the manager and told him to please let the pizzas cool off before they served right out to the table, he answered that he was sorry but it was nothing he could do to my missfortunate accident.

a diner from 6months in Northern Michigan/6months in Ft.Myers, Florida
We are from Northern Michigan and have no Cici's in our area. Therefore, we look forward when going to Ft. Myers Florida so we can go to our favorite restaruant, Cici's. This year we were sooooo disappointed because they have dropped the Alfredo sauce, which was our very favorite food in that restaurant! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, BRING BACK THE ALFREDO SAUCE!!! Thanks for your consideration. Sharon Fairall

I ATE AT THE COLOINE NY STORE IN COLONIE AND THE STORE WAS CLEAN AND NICE , HOWEVER, AS FAR AS YOU FOOD ITEMS , THE SOUP WAS MUSHHY, AND PASTA WAS TOO SOFT. YOU NEED TO ADD MEAT BALLS AND PUT SPAGHETTI THAT IS (ALDONTE) NOT OVER COOKED LIKE THE MACCARONI WAS, AND DONT OVER SAUCE IT LET CUSTOMERS PUT SAUCE ON THIS. ALSO , HAVE AND ADDITIONAL CHOICE OF ROMAIN SALAD AND MAYBE A BOWL OF GEEN BEANS OR BROCCOLI . THIS WILL GREATLY IMPROVE THE RESTAURANTS, EVEN IF YOU NEED TO INCREASE THE PRICE AN OTHER $1. OR $2. MOST OF THE PEOPLE I TALKED TO WOULD RATHER HAVE A LITTLE MORE VARIETY AND PAY A LITTLE MORE. BECAUSE ITS $4.99 AND LOOKS LIKE A $4.99 CHEAP BUFFET. THESE IMPROVEMENT AREN'T THAT EXSPENSIVE AND WOULD GREATLY IMPROVE THIS REST. I REALLY LIKE THE PLACE BUT IT NEEDS JUST A LITTLE MORE FOOD ITEMS LIKE I MENTIONED ABOVE AND IT WILL BE GREAT. YOU MAY CONTACT ME THANKS.

I am a frequent visitor to the Hagerstown MD CiCi. Aug 10 I visited the Frederick MD CiCI. AS I entered, Lorena and Danial both recognized me and greeted me with a big smile. As I was getting my drink and setting down Lorena walked up with my favorite pizza. They both had remembered my favorite pizza at Hagerstown. So I think you have another hit CiCi in Frederick. The number 853 is not listed when I tried to complete the survey.

Good day, I have been eating at CiCis Pizza in numerous states throughout the years and I enjoy the restuarant. I relocated to the Carolinas via the U.S. Air Force and I took my family to eat at CiCis Pizza on Cherry Rd., Rock Hill, SC. I met a manager name Laura, who provided me and my family with quality customer service. I have not experienced quality service like this at a CiCis Pizza in about four years. Thanks for the service and we look forward to going back. Shon.
