Come on it's Mexiacan Food! and Chula Vista is an institution like a Chuiy's in Houston. The waiters are dealing with people who eat 5$ lunches so they have to be wary of the general public!!! Plus all the chip eaters. The food is awesome, the bar is packed and they are a local family with long time employees. If they dish you an attitude you should be nicer to them. They are sweet to me but I tip more at really inexpensive places so they stay around!!

I don't understand why this place is so popular. The food is marginal. The service is horrific.
