Diner reviews of Chili's Too

The worst restaurant experience of my life.
The service was barely adequate. There was a 15-minute wait (plus the 10-minute wait to find someone to tell me about the wait), although apparently I could have just eaten at the bar (a fact nobody happened to mention to me). Yet there were plenty of empty tables (about 10 that were bussed, 4 that were unbussed). When I sat down, the bill from the previous customer was still at my table.
The food was horrible. And I've eaten at regular Chili's before and enjoyed it so this is not me just being a food snob. My margarita came without salt on the rim. The tortillas from my fajitas came wrapped in a paper bag with the instruction label still on it. I couldn't eat even half of the meat/peppers mixture because it was so greasy, especially after a minute or two at the table, when it had cooled off and soaked in the grease from the pan. It was also difficult to use only plastic silverware to separate the strips of steak that weren't quite cut through the whole way.
The icing on the cake? The email address printed on the receipt (giving the impression they "really care about what you have to say!") doesn't work.

I find it quite deceptive that the restaurant does not have beer prices on the menu. They do all others. So they can make up any price they want. My Michelob Ultra cost $6.99 a bottle. OUtrageous. When I complained, the Manager told me to send comments to their offices. DON'T GO!

Good food, but slow service with a bit of an attitude. We ate at lunchtime, and though there were plenty of empty tables, we waited a long time for our food. Our main waitress was very friendly, but others seemed to fe
