We had lunch at Chili's, was very disappointed and left hungry. Our food was cold and not completely done. The brownie with the caramel & chocolate has a lot to be desired. Our waitress had brought our food, within 10 minutes a man walked by, did not introduce himself and ask if everything was okay. We thought he was a waiter being nice. Our waitress appeared and I told her about the food. She said she would see what she could do to get a discount because we had not eaten the food. When she came back she said "The Manager just came by and you told him everything was okay!" Had I known who he REALLY was I would have explained the situation to him. I do a lot of catering with Chili's though out my company and was very disappointed with the service and food. Thank you
