I had lunch today at the chilis on Mason Road in Katy, texas and I have NEVER had such horrible service and food. First of all the service was so slow, and then we asked for a burger with NO MAYO, due to allergies and it came out with MAYO swimming on it. The waitress never came back, so my husband cleaned it up and he ate it, I had nothing. The waitress then told me she asked the manager to come out and 20 minutes later, she never came, and so we got up and i went to the front, and asked for her. 14 miniutes later, here she comes with her fat ass. She then told me, she knew we had a problem, but didnt think it was important enough or a 911 matter, so she didnt rush. REALLY??? The restaurant is 1/4 full and people just standing around but this one waitress is working all the tables. The manager sucked and she didnt want to deal with it. I then called the General Manager, and he made excuse after excuse for her.

I had a wonderful time at Chili's tonight. My waiter Matt was amazingly nice and sweet and cared so much. I will definitely be returning very soon. Even the restrooms were extemely clean.

I really love this pub. From the outside you could never tell how large it is. The food was fresh and the service was nice. While waiting on my food I played free darts. Afterward I played pool (0.75 a game) and hung out

I am not sure why there is such a low review for Outback. This place is great! We don't always dine in; sometimes I order online and pick it up. Either way, the food is great although it's a little pricey.

I am surprised that this restaurant doesn't have a line waiting out the door. The food is the best in Katy Texas.

Racists and proud of it, the staff will tell you to your face to get out if you don't like their blatant pro-murder racist propaganda.
