Called for a carryout on Sunday evening fifteen minutes before eight was told they don't take phone orders ten minutes before close I said I would be there before they closed , so I drove to restaurant was there before eight and they had already locked the doors and were looking at me at the door laughing, I find this to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

as you can see very disappointed. We picked up our carry out, they charged us for the tin pan opposed to a bag. Trust me the bags tear, it happened before. Anyhow, the staff thought it was funny how they ripped us off on the selection of chicken; we wanted breast meat and we received litlle square pieces. Sorry joke is on them; we order from them more than the staff realized. No more, chicken delite.

I used to work here when I was a teenager and can vouch that this is by far the cleanest, most sanitary restaurant I've ever worked for. Since moving to Royal Oak, MI I can't find a chicken place that compares to this one. The owner has a very high regard for the quality of the food and ingredients. Every single thing on the menu is amazing, especially the ribs and their special bbq sauce. Highly recommended!
